Project Management Training Audits
There are two basic approaches to the audit, and they are used in different situations:
Detailed examination of known problems. In some cases, the crucial problem or problems have been identified, and there are only a few possible causes. In this case, the audit should focus exactly on the work and deliverables in question. These are compared to the applicable methodology, standards, and processes, and significant gaps are identified. The auditor states that these gaps must be rectified, and changes must be made so that they do not recur. The management response is the beginning of the plan about how to solve the problem using project management software.
