Defining new directions, by
Keeping up to date with PM standards and best practices
Determining how to best apply standards and best practices to the most crucial issues of the company and its divisions
Expanding into a new structure, by
Creating two PMOs, one Supportive and one Controlling, so that management receives both support and direction in applying and improving project management.
Developing a Directive PMO or expanding the Special Projects Service to handle new challenges
Developing a network of PMOs, including not only Project Management Offices, but also Program Management Offices and a Portfolio Management Office.
