Secure Funding
Now that the work of the PMO is defined in its charter, it is time to prepare a budget. The budget must be sufficient to fund the staff, materials, and support of the PMO so that the PMO nd Project Manager can offer services. Funding is secured in two steps, as shown in the following diagram:
1. Prepare Budget
2. Obtain Budget Approval
