How many RDBMSs will be required?
2, one for current data, one for historical data

List all the user groups of the system?
Executive, project manager, project team member.
To be added later: special internal stakeholders (financial, etc.), then vendors, then customers
What is the name of the document that provides the name and purpose of each set of interfaces?

How will data be exchanged across different data storage systems?
Each project will be copied from the active database to the data warehouse at the end of each phase. When a project is complete, it will be copied once more, and then deleted from the active database.
What systems, such as handheld or remote devices, have special requirements?
Handheld computers and access via cellular network.
