Publicize Directive Services
To prepare the publicity list for directive services, take the following steps:
All directive services are required. Since the PMO is in direct control of project managers and projects, it can simply require the use of these services by the project manager .
Because the project managers and projects are under the direct control of the PMO, publicity is simpler. There is less need to convince stakeholders to use services, as the PMO can simply direct stakeholders to do so and require compliance in the job definitions of those who report directly to the PMO.
