Define key features of the service. Set the start date for the service, name its key benefits, and prepare the activity matrix.

Identify online project management stakeholders of the service. Identify the customers who will use the service and other stakeholders who will be involved.

Plan to provide the service. Define the specifics of the service and make it available. This section is largely completed using instructions from the specific project managmenet life cycle page for that service.

Plan to evaluate the service. Plan how the PMO will ensure each customer and stakeholder has a chance to provide routine feedback.

Plan to improve the  service. Plan how the PMO will use routine feedback to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the service.
